Shipping & Returns


Shipping carrier/transport and method as per customer instructions, or as we deem "bestway" at the time.

All prices quoted are FOB - shipping point, shipping costs are additional.

Any errors in shipping, whether it is a shortage, overage or damage, must be reported to the carrier/transport company and Karam A.L. within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

We will make every effort to deliver your part from our nearest shipping point and will inform you about the nearest location to you that we can make the shipment. We currently ship from the following provinces and states.

British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan.

California, Connecticut, Minnesota, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.


Special order items not returnable. All sales final. If an incorrect part is received or if there is a problem with fitment, please note that we must be notified within 7 days from receipt of the product. Any pre-authorized returns must be accompanied by original purchase invoice. Restocking items are subject to a 15% handling charge. Customer assumes full responsibility for suitability (application and environment) and fitment.

Cores returned for full credit must be complete, assembled, rebuildable, with no broken or cracked housings and of same type as supplied.

No credit will be issued for modified, replacement type units, units without original box of purchase, and units not purchased from us.
